Flood went through his home in 2022 and needs support
Flooding 2022
Client lives with PTSD and anxiety and recently fell through his back deck. The decking is rotten following the floods and the deck needs to be repaired urgently due to the safety hazard. The roof inside is has also been leaking since the floods and as a result there is mould. His kitchen has not been replaced since the flood event and the cabinetry is warped and also has a strong smell from the flood.
