This young person has experienced out of home care and is now ready to move into a shared, transitional property. While this is an incredible step forward and provides the opportunity to grow and become independent, they are starting from scratch and have very few belongings to help turn their new space into their own. Your support can make a meaningful difference by helping them rebuild with dignity and stability while continuing to navigate the homelessness system and allow them to focus on their future educational and employment goals in order to secure stable housing on their own one day.
