Afghan refugee family of 7 starting over in AU - 3 children need laptops to continue the education they lost when fleeing.
A refugee family of seven from Afghanistan, a single mother with six children, is working hard to rebuild their lives in Australia. Before arriving here, the children had begun their education in Afghanistan but were forced to stop when the family had to flee for safety. Now three of the children are enrolled in English courses at Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) and are motivated to continue further training and studies to build a better future. However, the family is experiencing financial hardship as they adjust to life in Australia and are unable to afford the essential tools needed for study. At present, the children do not have access to laptops, which is making it very difficult for them to complete coursework, practice their English, and keep up with their peers. The family urgently needs three laptops to support the children’s education and help them move forward with confidence. Your support will make a lasting difference in their settlement journey.
