Household with 5 adults and 5 children including a baby - forced to sleep on mouldy mattresses
2025 North & Far North QLD Floods
Two combined families living together were heavily impacted by the FNQ floods. Insurance and grants have not covered the damage sustained to the household contents and they are struggling to recover. They are currently sleeping on mould infested mattresses on the floor (including with a 6 month old baby).
They lost all their possessions and are desperate for some support.
