First Nations Support
At just 16 years old, this young person has experienced more trauma than most face in a lifetime. After losing his father to suicide as a child, he and his siblings were removed from their mother's care due to significant safety concerns. Since then, he has taken on a protective role, doing everything he can to support and look after his siblings despite his own challenges. He is currently experiencing homelessness and living in unsafe and unstable conditions. A small unit has become available, offering him the chance to finally have a safe place to call home and begin rebuilding his life. This fresh start represents stability, security, and hope after years of hardship and adversity.
