This family is recovering from the loss of their rental home and personal belongings in the January 2026 bushfires. Essential household items, clothing, personal possessions, and children's belongings were destroyed in the disaster.
The family is currently residing in temporary accommodation, away from their usual community and support networks. This displacement has disrupted established routines, reduced access to social connections, and created additional challenges during the recovery process.
The family is focused on rebuilding stability and maintaining positive connections while adapting to their new circumstances. Support will help improve wellbeing, encourage healthy routines, and provide opportunities for meaningful family activities that promote resilience, connection, and recovery following the significant impacts of the bushfires.
