A local parent attended who walk-in service for support, she is facing an incredibly difficult time and urgently needs support to keep a roof over their head.
Over the past several months, they have experienced ongoing family violence within their home. As a result, they have been unable to work since late 2025 and are currently navigating support services, including domestic violence assistance and legal pathways. This has had a significant impact on their emotional wellbeing, safety, and financial stability.
Despite these challenges, they have done everything they can to maintain their tenancy. They continue to make regular rent payments and have sought help from multiple support services, including emergency relief providers and victim support programs.
