Client had water through the house and lost fridge, tv and outdoor tables and chairs. Client was recently hospitalised as a result of a blood clot and suffered a break-in in December where credit cards, licence, wallet and other valuables were stolen. Client is suffering financial difficulties and her car is broken down that she is unable to get repaired.
