Sweetest young man has had news that his major heart surgery was not successful and has limited time to live

Our health organisation is helping this young man manage the many medical conditions that his low heart function is causing such as diabetes, loss of feeling in his feet and reduction in his movement. He has had to give up his job and it is mostly too much to socialise now too. We want him well supported for the rest if the time he has to live and to do that we require your help.
