This devoted first time young mum has faced far more challenges than she ever should have in her young life. She has had a traumatic upbringing, been in and out of shelters, and navigated some huge obstacles. Although she suffers from severe mental health, she continues to battle on for her child and is so grateful for the support she has received. She her baby left an unsafe living situation some months ago and fortunately were able to utilise emergency accommodation. This week, after 4 years of waiting on the housing list and months of staying in crisis accommodation, she secured her very first home with her baby. She is so relieved and finally hopeful for their future together. What a Christmas gift!
