Donation Request – $600 Bunnings Voucher (Sofa Bed)

This Mother’s Day, we are supporting a single mother and her 11‑year‑old daughter, both victim‑survivors of family violence. After living in their car for several weeks, the family has now secured a new tenancy commencing on 15 May.
The family has very limited financial means to set up their home. Essential items such as beds and mattresses are still being explored through funding pathways and may be delayed. The mother has identified a 5‑seat sofa bed from Bunnings, which would provide immediate comfort and also function as a temporary sleeping option if beds are not available in time.
The family does not have access to transport and cannot collect large furniture items. For this reason, we are requesting a $600 Bunnings voucher to enable purchase and delivery of the sofa bed.
