We’re supporting an isolated client living with disability who is motivated to build arm strength and improve their independence through safe, home-based exercise. To help them reach this goal, we’re specifically seeking donations of dumbbells in the 8–10 kg range.
Having access to appropriately weighted equipment will allow them to follow a consistent routine, gradually build muscle, and support both their physical and mental wellbeing.
