She has an intellectual impairment that limits her ability to manage tasks independently and requires ongoing support. Throughout her life, she was never provided with adequate opportunities or guidance to learn essential skills such as cooking and meal preparation, and as a result, she continues to struggle in this area.
With appropriate assistance, she would be better supported to maintain her health, nutrition, and overall wellbeing, and to live with greater safety and dignity.
