61 year old female lady who lives alone, unemployed, significantly affected by the 2025 Tropical Cyclone Alfred and also previous cyclone. She has ongoing grief and loss issues associated with the loss of her previous home due to the cyclone. Also lives with complex grief associated with the death of 3 significant family members within the last five years. She is socially isolated with limited contact with people apart from a couple of close friends and her dogs. She has a history of addiction and mental health difficulties. Suffers from chronic back pain limiting her activities of daily living and mobility.
