Every Friday, kids gather in their housing tower courtyard to play soccer. What looks like a simple game is their safe space—a place where they feel seen, build friendships, and dream of becoming professional players.
Week after week, they show up with determination, despite limited resources. Soccer has become their outlet, their community, and a source of hope.
With plans to demolish the towers, these children will soon be relocated, separated from their friends and the only space where they’ve learned and grown together. This change will disrupt their routines and sense of belonging.
As they face uncertainty, soccer remains the one constant giving them purpose and hope. They need support to hold onto that stability and continue believing in their future, wherever they go next.
