We currently have 2 sets of brothers (12 and 13) and (14 and 15) living in a temporary residential care arrangement until family with capacity to meet their care needs have been identified. The brothers were bought into care suddenly after being located alone in the community, experiencing the implications of severe neglect. We are currently working on supporting their mental health and require assistance in purchasing a scooter and ripstik for each brother to increase their physical activity, promote serotonin release and support their overall mental health. The boys enjoy outings at the local skatepark and would like to practice scootering to school with their carers.
