Young person is currently residing with a father who perpetrates physical and emotional abuse towards the young person constantly. The father is known for taking the young person's items off them and not returning them e.g. phones. When the father removes the phone from the young person, they are unable to contact anyone for help when the father is perpetrating the abuse towards them. The young person is too young to be able to financially support themselves to move out of the father's home.
