A 58 year old women who is socially isolated and experiencing homelessness
GIVIT
A 58 year old women who is currently couch surfing and unable to access several essential items such as a kitchen, therefore not able to eat proper meals. She is struggling with her mental health and has experienced injuries to her wrist and knee joined therefore difficulty completing every day living task. She is very limited with her support due to not being eligible for my aged care or NDIS, therefore having many feelings oh hopelessness while she financially struggles.
