After escaping housing instability and spending time in crisis accommodation, this young single international mother has secured her first-ever shared rental living space for herself and her 8‑month‑old baby. With no family support in Australia, no access to government assistance due to her visa status, and unable to work while caring for her infant without childcare, she is doing everything she can to create a safe, stable future for her child. Despite these significant barriers, she remains determined to build a village around her child and create a brighter future. She is working hard to build a support network and provide the love, security and consistency every baby deserves. Assistance with groceries will help keep this vulnerable family housed, prevent a return to crisis, and give a determined young mother the chance to thrive alongside her child.
