Homeless client finally moving into permanent housing
GIVIT
Client is a 59 year old man with few supports who has been rough sleeping and in crisis accommodation for past 2 years after having to cease employment due to impacts on his mental and physical health of years of heavy manual labour. He has been supported by our staff to move into long term community housing where he hopes that housing will enable him to focus on his well being and begin to participate in his community again.
