Mum about to have 3 babies under 3 - grieving loss and mental health is strained

This Mum is 30 weeks pregnant with baby number 3 - her and her partner will son have 3 children under 3. Mum has had significant life events over the last year effect her mental health - the loss of her father, a huge figure in her life, her mother in law has been diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer, the family lost their pet dog and there has been a number of other life stressors as well. Her partner is working 12 hr days to support the family and is supportive but home very little. Mum is struggling with the 2 toddlers - one with higher needs. Mum is working one day a week as it helps her mental health. Money is tight, they live rurally making access a factor also, any support is appreciated.
