Single female suffered significant trauma during the recent bushfires, losing her home and animals.
She has used all her funds to purchase a property within her budget to try and rebuild her life and start moving forward, unfortunately the property is currently in a state of disrepair and uninhabitable due to structural damage and roofing issues that was not initially aware of.
Client is an independent lady and was trying to move forward alone and didn't want to ask for help as she felt others were more deserving or in more need, however she has now become overwhelmed by all the issues she is struggling both financially and mentally as well as suffering from physical health issues and has reached out for assistance.
