She was severely impacted by the floods and has experienced homelessness for approximately three years as a result. During this time, she has been focused on stabilising her situation and supporting her children.
The client is now in a more stable position and is working hard to improve her future and create better opportunities for her family. As part of this goal, she has recently enrolled in a course to increase her skills and improve her employment prospects.
Unfortunately, while managing the demands of parenting and rushing to collect her children, the client accidentally placed her laptop on the roof of her car and drove away, resulting in the laptop being lost. This laptop was essential for completing her coursework and continuing her studies.
Without access to a laptop, the client is currently unable to complete her course requirements, which places her education and future employment opportunities at risk. As a single parent with limited financial capacity.
