Fuel Vouchers for Volunteers who help deliver free food, clothing and household items

Our volunteers, using their own vehicles collect and deliver free food from local supermarkets to get it where it is needed. Clothing, household items, toys and books are also collected and delivered to community organisations outside of Bunbury for distribution to those in need, travelling at times in excess of 100kms in a round trip.
Our volunteers are people with a disability, aging, mental health issues, experiencing homelessness and economic hardship amongst other barriers and their contribution to helping others within their community is incredible.
With rising fuel costs compounding the pressures already around the cost of living, our volunteers are finding it increasingly difficult to juggle their generous community spirit with the realities of the cost of their contribution. Without their contribution many people within our community who rely on these donations will go without, We are asking for fuel vouchers to help ease the cost burden of their kindness.
