Recipient story

12 yr boy, significant trauma, social anxiety, engaging back to school
Domestic & Family Violence
First Nations Support
Other hardship(s)
Single dad of 3 moved interstate to escape DV.

Eldest child has severe anxiety, ADHD, and autism. Attending school is an ongoing challenge, and only able to manage 30 minutes a day, with support from dad

This prevents dad from being able to work.

Child has a remarkable passion for technology, STEM, and creative design. They love learning how things work and bringing their ideas to life. They are after a 3d printer as A 3D printer would provide an incredible opportunity to support their learning, creativity, and confidence. It would allow them to design and create projects at home, take their creations to school to share with their teacher, and gradually build connections with peers through shared interests.

This would be a valuable educational tool that encourages engagement, develops practical skills, and helps a child facing significant barriers find a positive pathway to learning, social connection, and self-belief.
