This young person is currently living in a private rental with their partner and is experiencing significant financial hardship. They live with complex mental health challenges that substantially impacts their daily functioning. They are experiencing difficulties with motivation, getting out of bed, self-care, meal preparation, and maintaining a healthy routine. Social isolation is a significant concern, with limited capacity to engage with community activities or develop supportive social connections. The young person has very limited family support and lacks a strong informal support network. Despite these challenges, they are motivated to improve their circumstances and have aspirations to undertake further study and pursue a career in youth work in the future.
