Lady in wheelchair impacted by recent flooding

Mother and son purchased rural property for son to start a horse stud. Son has absconded the mother leaving behind 9 horses on the property. The mother has a disability, at times requiring her to utilise a wheelchair (NDIS recipient). During a recent flood event, the infrastructure on the property including electricity and water were impacted. Her water was contaminated during the floods. All savings have been spent on moving her tiny home to dry ground and fixing the solar panels. She does not believe her son will return to support financially or physically. 12V fridge stopped working due to knee high water in home which caused all food to spoil. Dietary restrictions due to health issues require her to have access to perishable food. Horse feed has been lost due to the flood.
