L is currently undertaking a Hairdressing Apprenticeship and studying at CIT. To continue his training, he requires a compulsory hairdressing toolkit costing $600, in addition to a $360 course fee. The toolkit is essential for participating in practical training and developing the skills required for employment. Without it, L will be unable to continue his apprenticeship or complete his course. Due to financial hardship, L is unable to afford these costs. Assistance with purchasing the toolkit, and if possible, the course fee, would remove a significant barrier to his education, helping him complete his qualification, secure employment, and become financially independent.
