Elderly gent, lost his home in the March floods and seeking assistance for basic items

UPDATE 17 Aug 26: This elderly gent is still living in a caravan since 2022 Floods. He has no electricity. He has been using a gas cooktop to keep warm at night. He would benefit from a diesel heater for van
UPDATE 19DEC: This gent is living in a camper trailer, however the fridge does not work. He now has solar batteries, so is asking for a camp fridge which he can place in his van. The warm weather now makes it difficult to safely store food in an esky.
ORIGINAL:
This gent in his mid 70's was living in a permant caravan park. It was wiped out in the March floods. , leaving him homeless, For a time he was living in his car. He now has a 2nd hand pop top van which is placed at his on a friend's property.
However he has no power or water there. He travels EACH day to collect water. He needs a small water tank, and solar batteries. The water tank only needs to be 1000Litres
He would appreciate the help, as money doesn’t go far. Any help is greatly appreciated.
