After losing everything in the recent floods, my client has been working hard to rebuild their life. They have been experiencing homelessness and suffer with complex mental health since the floods and now have since been taken significant steps to stabilise their situation. They are now ready and motivated to return to work. Currently living in temporary housing, they recently smashed their phone and are unable to replace it due to their circumstances. Receiving a phone would allow them to continue searching for work, attend interviews, and increase their income, which is a vital step towards securing private rental housing and long-term stability.
