A lovely 17yo, refugee background, single young mother has been supporting her new born baby who is struggling to gain weight and achieve developmental milestones since birth. She is also struggling to maintain positive relationships with her father due to potential excessive screen time. She does not have her own phone. A basic phone without internet and pre-paid/recharge sim would greatly benefit her in building independency in navigating in local areas and contacting services directly, and vice versa.
