his young person is a 15‑year‑old who has experienced significant instability throughout much of their childhood. After being unable to remain safely in their mother’s home, they are now living with a relative who is doing their best to provide care, but the household has been under considerable strain. The young person has been navigating complex family dynamics, limited parental involvement, and minimal connection to their cultural identity, all of which have contributed to feelings of disconnection and uncertainty about their future.
Over the past several years, this young person has struggled to stay engaged in school and has moved through various education settings without finding one that could meet their needs.
