Mental health challenges being exasperated

I have been supporting this client over the past few months and during this time he has been open about the challenges he experiences managing his mental health. Due to his diagnosis, he can become highly withdrawn and overwhelmed, which often impacts his ability to leave the house or engage in community activities.
The client has expressed a strong interest in improving his physical health and would benefit greatly from having access to exercise equipment within the home environment, particularly during periods where attending a gym is not manageable.
We have identified that during times of heightened distress and auditory hallucinations/ visions, he experiences strong feelings of frustration and agitation. Providing a safe physical outlet, such as a boxing bag, would offer him a constructive coping strategy to help regulate these emotions and reduce the risk of harm to himself or property resulting in sustaining his tenancy. A freestanding boxing bag and stand would be ideal.
