This 84-year-old woman lost everything in the devastating Northern Rivers floods and continues to face ongoing hardship and housing insecurity years later. After a lifetime of building a home and community, she now finds herself vulnerable, overwhelmed, and at risk of homelessness.
The floods caused immense emotional and financial devastation, leaving her without many of the possessions, security, and stability she once relied upon. At her age, rebuilding has been incredibly difficult, and the ongoing cost of living and housing crisis have made it even harder for her to recover.
She is in urgent need of community support to help cover basic necessities. Donations will help provide dignity, comfort, and stability to an elderly woman who has endured significant loss and uncertainty.
