A front or top loader will be fine The participant is seeking assistance with a replacement washing machine after their existing machine broke down and is no longer repairable. The participant is from a refugee background and is experiencing significant financial hardship alongside complex health conditions. He lives with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and spinal disc issues that cause chronic pain and significantly impact his mobility and capacity to complete everyday tasks.

My client is from a refugee background who is currently facing significant financial and health challenges. He lives with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, spinal disc issues causing chronic pain, and depression. These conditions severely limit his ability to work and manage daily activities.
Due to ongoing medical expenses and limited income, he is currently struggling to afford basic necessities, including food and bills.
