J.R. and family at risk of homelessness after one parent has passed away and the other in critical condition in Hospital

My client fell into arrears and is now at risk of losing the tenancy. Firstly in late January my client and her children where traveling 8 hours at a time to visit her dying father who lost his battle on 26th January 26.
On the 31st of January her mother got rushed to hospital with critical life threatening issues it is currently uncertain if mum is going to recover or not.
My client now has to travel an hour to her mothers local hospital and then an hour home which is also another cost for travel for my client who wants to be there for her mother but is falling further behind in rent and her tenancy for her and the kids is currently in jeopardy due to needing extra fuel to do hospital runs to her mother.
