42 years old refugee male with mental health issue (C-PTSD) and trauma brain injury. With recent extreme weather in QLD, he has been presented with heatstroke symptoms, and it has been triggering his headache, depression and anxiety during the time. Having an air conditioner will help to reduce and manage his symptoms.
He has no financial capacity to purchase an Air conditioner and pay for installation. He is now living in Public Housing and he has rent arrears and overdue electricity bill as well. He also has $6000 debts at this stage.
