42 years old refugee male with mental health issue (C-PTSD) and trauma brain injury. With recent extreme weather in QLD, he has been presented with heatstroke symptoms, and it has been triggering his headache, depression and anxiety during the time. He had no financial capacity to purchase a Air conditioner and pay for installation. He is now living in Public Housing and he has rent arrests and overdue electricity bill with him. He also has $6000 debts at this stage.
