Hardworking Dairy farmers hit with drought, bush fires and illness one after the other
Flooding 2022
This dairy farming couple were hit by the floods of 2022, recovered, then the property they were on was sold after the repairs were completed. They were forced to move to Old Bonalbo where they then faced bush fires at Bean Creek. They have since moved again but continue to struggle financially. The wife continues to work in Kyogle so the travel time and cost is a big burden.
This couple have been pillars of hope to many in this region, but now it is their turn to need assistance.
They also care for another grandson who is in highschool locally.
