Young mother moving into Youth Transitional Accommodation with her child is needing furniture and kitchen items

Youth Place is a non-for-profit organization that works with young people between 15-25 years old and their children. Youth Place aims to support young people and their children into safe and stable accommodation and end their experience of homelessness. Youth Place has been working with a young mum for the last 12 months. The young mum has been working with her supports to secure accommodation and is being accommodated through the Youth Place Transitional Accommodation Program. This will provide the young mother and opportunity to create a safe and stable environment for her young family. The young mother is due to move into the property in the next 2 weeks however the property is unfurnished. Youth Place are seeking support to help the young person furnish their property and make the house a home as she relies solely on Centrelink whilst studying a certificate IV in school base education support with the hope of one day securing permanent employment and housing.
