Our client has recently left a DV relationship and is trying to establish herself and her children in the family home. Due to having a reduced income and caring for two children with additional needs, she is unable to replace her main heating wall unit from the living area. She does have a fire place, but finds the expense of wood difficult and the heating insufficient.
