Our friend needs a laptop to learn English

Our friend finally has a home after years on the street. He is wanting to live out the rest of his life doing the best he can. He is hoping to learn English to better navigate life in Australia, as well as easily organising his bills to maintain his housing. A laptop could also keep him connected with family overseas and interstate, whilst he settles into his new home and community.
