Baby born 2 weeks ago and had to be taken to a hospital in Melbourne as unwell

SW had her baby 2 weeks ago and he became unwell so needed to be moved from the hospital he was born at to a hospital in the city for more specialised care. SW has three other children who she is looking after and hasn't been able to see her baby as much as she would like. They are needing groceries and formula in preparation for baby hopefully coming home next week.
