Urgent request: Laptop or tablet to support a palliative participant

Our participant is currently living in a Department of Housing property. He is seeking support with a laptop, tablet, or iPad to help him regain a sense of independence and dignity in his daily life.
Having access to a device would allow him to manage essential tasks himself, including ordering his own consumables, adjusting his support worker roster, doing online grocery shopping, and booking his own hospital and medical appointments. This would significantly reduce the emotional burden he feels he places on his family.
He is now considered palliative after developing osteomyelitis in his wounds, which has spread through his bloodstream. His health has deteriorated significantly, and his wife is his primary carer.
Due to ongoing medical needs, the majority of his finances are spent on essential medications and groceries, leaving no capacity to purchase a device that would greatly improve his quality of life and independence.
