Independent student living out of home and struggling to provide for themself
First Nations Support
This young person is living out of home independently, working 30 hours a week whilst also in year 12 at high school full time. This young person was living with a family member and paying their entire weekly wage towards rent and groceries, however has since moved out due to a relationship breakdown and unsafe environment, but is still paying the family member due to worries that the family member will not cope without their contributions. This young person is going to work out a gradual decrease plan with the family member, so they are soon able to keep their weekly wage to pay for their own bills and needs. However, currently this young person is in significant financial hardship as a result. This young person is hard working and has many future aspirations and goals that they are focused on achieving.
This young person would greatly benefit from any financial support so they are able to get back on their feet and continue providing for themself.
