inpatient in hospital for 5 months possible discharge - require items in home for suitable discharge

67-year-old decreased mobility. Admitted to hospital. Been inpatient for approx 5 months. Discharging back to home with carer. Client will be needing new washing machine and or fridge. House was in squaller, has now been cleaned ready for her to be discharged home. Unfortunately, machine and fridge needed to be thrown out.
She will have ongoing care and visits to hospital for check-ups but should be able to maintain home with all services in place to help.
