A courageous single mother of four made the difficult decision to leave a significantly abusive relationship to protect herself and her children from ongoing family and domestic violence. Since leaving, the family has faced immense hardship and has been living in their car for the past seven months while trying to secure safe and stable accommodation.
Despite the challenges, the mother remains committed to ensuring her children continue attending school and appointments, however the family has very limited resources and no support network to rely on. With the colder weather approaching, the family is seeking support with winter clothing, blankets, and fuel vouchers to help keep the children warm and enable transport to essential appointments and school.
Any assistance provided to this family would greatly alleviate some of the pressure they are currently facing as they continue working towards rebuilding their lives in safety and stability.
