Client presents as a friendly, motivated, and articulate individual with strong self-advocacy skills. She experienced prolonged homelessness from 2015, including periods of incarceration and brief psychiatric inpatient admissions, largely associated with previously unmet mental health and alcohol and other drug support needs. Despite these challenges, she remained engaged with services and has worked hard to rebuild stability in her life. She now has appropriate supports in place and has recently secured stable housing, marking a significant milestone in her recovery. Ongoing support will assist her to maintain her wellbeing, sustain her tenancy, continue engaging with mental health and AOD services, improve her physical health, and work towards her longer-term goals of returning to education and gaining employment. Client is an intelligent, resilient, and capable woman with strong potential to achieve lasting independence.
