This young first-time mum fled a horrific domestic violence situation and moved to the beautiful NW coast of Tasmania seeking safety and a new life. Here, she welcomed her first child and is such a doting and protective mother. She has been housed in emergency housing since her arrival and is thrilled to have been finally offered a property to call home long-term. This young woman is generally very good with her finances and prioritizes her child's needs above anything else. She has sourced almost everything she requires to set up her new home but is struggling to cover the cost of whitegoods (the whitegoods in her current accommodation must stay at the property). This young mum does not find it easy to ask for help but is grateful for any assistance provided in ensuring her and baby's new home is furnished adequately, so that they can finally settle in somewhere they can call their safe place and home.
