My client is in need of some financial aid to help her purchase items for her new home to help make it a home. She has suffered years of instability and periods of homelessness and was, in April, evicted from her home with her Dad. This is a fragmented dynamic anyway and her Dad has been blacklisted from many rental organizations and so she has made the brave decision to live independently and start afresh after also experiencing FDV. She had to move on a last minute basis and move into crisis accommodation, where she was able to keep little of her possessions. She stayed here until she relocated to living with a partner and joining his lease. I would like to support her now to get what she needs to help her to set up home and money would be particularly helpful to go towards kitchen appliances so she can build her independence skills and cook and maintain her home properly. This would help her to have a more stable living arrangement for her with her having what she needs.
