Homeless with pets unable to find suitable accommodation willing to go anywhere

Client has been working with our service since 2024 in that time she was staying at a friends run down property were she was only able to access and use a couple of the rooms as the house was in very poor condition.
Client has applied for over 100 properties to rent without success.
Client does have 4 chihuahua's that are well taken care of and part of her family and she cannot bring herself to part with her pets. She does not want to be separated from her animals and would rather live in a tent with them until suitable housing is found.
Client is in need of a tent to house herself and her dogs while waiting on housing to have a property available.
Client is also needs her mobility scooter repaired as it is currently not working. She currently lives out of town and relies on community transport to get her to the nearest town for medical appointments and shopping this takes place only once per fortnight.
